Overview

The Registration Form feature allows users to associate an existing form with a webinar to collect attendee registration details. Users can select the required registration form, configure the communication channel, and specify additional settings such as late entry and tags.

Prerequisites

A webinar must already be created.
A registration form must already be created in the Forms module.

Screen Components

Component	Description
Form	Select the registration form to be associated with the webinar.
Form URL	Displays the URL of the selected registration form.
Channels	Select the communication channel where attendee details will be stored or processed.
CRM URL	Displays the endpoint associated with the selected communication channel.
Late Entry	Specifies the number of minutes attendees are allowed to join the webinar after the scheduled start time.
Tags	Assign one or more tags to categorize or identify webinar registrations.

Steps to Add a Registration Form

Step 1:Navigate to the Webinars module.

Step 2:Select the required webinar, click Edit, and open the Registration Form tab.

Step 3:Configure the registration settings by:

Selecting the requiredForm.
Selecting the requiredChannel.
Entering theLate Entryduration, if required.
Adding the requiredTagsto categorize the registrations.

Step 4: Click Save Changes to save the registration form settings.

Result:
After saving, the selected registration form is associated with the webinar and will be used to register attendees.
