Steps to Create a Webinar

Prerequisites

A webinar video should be available in a supported format and ready for upload.
If attendee registration is required, create the registration form in the Forms module before configuring the webinar.

After ensuring that the prerequisites are met, follow the steps below to create and configure a webinar.Step 1: Open the Webinar Module

Navigate to the Webinars module from the left navigation panel.

Step 2: Create a Webinar
Click the Create Webinar button.

Step 3: Enter Webinar Details
Enter the required webinar details, such asName,Description,Speaker, andThumbnail, then clickSave.

Step 4: Add or Upload a Webinar Video

Open the created webinar and either add an existing video or upload a new webinar video.

Step 5: Configure Timeline Events (Optional)
Add timeline events by specifying the Time, selecting the Event Type, entering the Message, and clicking Add.

Step 6: Schedule the Webinar
Open the Schedule tab and configure the webinar date, time, duration, recurrence, and other scheduling details.

Step 7: Add Registration Form Details
Open the Registration Form tab and enter the required registration form details.

Step 8: Preview the Webinar
Click Preview to review the webinar before saving or publishing.

Step 9: Save Changes
Click Save Changes to save the webinar configuration.

Step 10: Publish the Webinar
Click Publish to make the webinar available to attendees.

User can view the created webinar on webinar dashboard screen
