Page Pilot Live Chat – Create and Manage Conversations

This screen shows all created live chats along with details such as Topic, Key, Conversations, Session ID, Presentation Type, Character, and Include Expressions.

• Clicking the New Livechat button allows the user to create a new live chat.
• The Import option lets users upload livechat records in bulk.
• Delete becomes active when one or more records are selected.
• Audit Logs displays the activity history related to livechats.
• Export to Excel allows downloading the livechat data for offline use.
