Webinar Module

Overview

ThePage Pilot Webinarmodule allows users to create, manage, schedule, and publish webinars within the application. It is primarily designed forpre-recorded (automated) webinars, where users can upload videos, configure schedules, and share webinar experiences with their audience.

Webinars can be used for:

• Training and education
• Product demonstrations
• Marketing campaigns
• Customer onboarding
• Product launches

 

The Webinar Listing screen displays all created webinars and provides options to create, manage, schedule, and organize webinars.

Screen Components

1. Webinar Module

Located in the left navigation panel.

Click Webinars to open the Webinar management screen.

2. Help & Learning Section

Displayed at the top of the page.

Provides quick learning resources including:

• Webinar tutorial video
• Webinar documentation
• Webinar integration guide

3. Create Webinar

Click + Create Webinar to create a new webinar.

This opens the webinar creation wizard where users can configure webinar details.

4. Webinar Management Options

The toolbar provides the following options:

• Update Next – Updates the next scheduled webinar.
• Show Calendar – Displays webinar schedules in calendar view.
• Scheduled Webinars – Displays webinars that have been scheduled.
• Refresh – Reloads the webinar list.
• Filter – Filters webinars based on selected criteria.

5. Webinar List

Displays all available webinars.

Each webinar entry includes:

• Selection Checkbox – Select one or multiple webinars.
• Name – Webinar title.
• Status – Current status (for example, Draft or Live).
• Last Edit – Shows when the webinar was last modified.
• Actions
  • Preview/Play
  • Edit
  • More Options

How It Works

1. Create a webinar.
2. Configure webinar details.
3. Upload the webinar video.
4. Configure scheduling (if required).
5. Publish the webinar.

Once published, users can:

• Register for the webinar.
• Join the scheduled webinar.
• Watch the webinar content.
• Participate in the webinar experience.
